First To File, a provider of intellectual property management software as a service, on Wednesday inked a referral arrangement with LexisNexis, which provides legal professionals with content-enabled workflow products and services. The new arrangement enables the Reed Elsevier member to refer potential customers to FTF’s for the company’s Electronic File Room, an intellectual property management system, in LexisNexis’ sales and marketing channels.
