BA Insight has introduced a package of search-based business applications developed for Microsoft SharePoint. Called TotalView, the applications are designed to help organizations solve data integration challenges within a particular function or line of business, says the company, based in New York City.
The first three apps include TotalView for Law Firms, and two addressing sales and customer service. They help organizations find key information no matter where it resides in an organization, reducing the need for costly systems integration, officials from BA Insight say.
