Litéra, based in McLeansville, N.C., has gone shopping again, expanding its executive leadership team by four new executives. The company offers a collection of document creation and processing software, including Change-Pro, Metadact, Innova, and Citation Ware.

On July 1, Sean Scott — CIO of Womble Carlyle Sandrige & Rice — joins the content life-cycle software manufacturer, keeping his same title. Also getting new business cards: Chuck Henrich as director of product management, Rich Powers as director of western region sales and reseller partner channel management, and Dan Dillon as director of marketing.
