If you have moved to cloud-based storage and practice management services, you may be missing the ability to scan a document and direct the output to a file system for immediate use. Themis Solutions, based in Vancouver, Canada, the maker of Clio practice management software as a service, has announced that customers can scan documents directly to their Clio account using Fujitsu’s ScanSnap Scanners.
Similar to the one-button function I found on the Canon imageFormula DR-C125, the Fujitsu ScanSnap scanners S1100, S1300, and S1500 have one button its hardware interface that can be configured to direct output to multiple locations, which are selected from the Fujitsu software that installs with the scanner. Themis, however, has made it easy for you.
