On Thursday, Recommind announced Hudson Legal as its first certified partner for predictive coding software and said more partnerships are due this summer.

Recommind, based in San Francisco, began selling predictive coding software in 2007. Its software is being used in the controversial Monique da Silva Moore v. Publicis Group SA labor law case. But until now, it has never authorized other e-discovery companies to provide consulting, project management, staffing, and training for that software, vice president of marketing Craig Carpenter explained.
