Thomson Reuters, a legal and business information and software provider with headquarters in New York, London, and Eagan, Minn., and Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, based in New York and Riverwoods, Ill., joined in an exclusive agreement that allows Thomson Reuters to offer select Wolters Kluwer current awareness content in Westlaw online legal research platforms.
The exclusive agreement will incorporate Wolters Kluwers current awareness products — daily news of breaking legal developments, with analysis by attorney editors — to the comprehensive legal research databases, news, and software tools in Westlaw and Westlaw Next. The two businesses will also collaborate on developing current awareness products.
