Hewlett-Packard Development Corp. will be introducing several new all-in-one PCs in September starting at $930. The most notable of the group, the Compaq Elite 8300 Touch All-in-One PC, offers a form factor similar to Apple’s iMac, while incorporating touch-screen technology akin to the iPad and other tablets.

The 8300 is powered by an Intel Core vPro processor and  features a 23-inch HD touch-screen display that lets you work with files and touch-enabled applications. The company claims its Intel Smart Response Technology brings solid state drive performance to the PC’s standard hard disks, but HP gives you an option to use a solid state drive instead of a hard disk. The 8300 supports up to 16 gigabytes of RAM and includes USB 3.0 ports.
