Dallas-based InterLegis has announced a new pricing model for Discovery360 Hosted, the company’s outsourced e-discovery offering. InterLegis had charged clients a per-gigabyte fee after all data had been culled, according to Kevin Carr, president of InterLegis. The new fee is based on all collected data provided by the client after the company applies early case assessment filtering and prior to processing. The fee is all-inclusive, covering processing, culling, deduplication, DeNISTing, reporting, as well as review and production if the client requests it.
Pricing for the hosted service is tiered by volume, with a lower per-gigabyte price for highter volumes of data. “On most projects, we would charge around $100 per gigabyte on pre-processed data,” says Carr. “That fee includes: assignment of a project manager, full data processing, keyword and attribute filtering, and exports into any common load file format, including Relativity, Summation, and Concordance.”
