Hold on to your hats — the electronic data discovery/compliance/Big Data terrain is about to experience another hurricane, and you can name it “Managed Services.”
David Cowen, principal of the New York-based headhunter and consultancy, The Cowen Group, launched right into dramatic predictions at the company’s annual invitation-only breakfast at the International Legal Technology Association conference Monday. “There will be a fundamental shift in the market place,” he told an audience of about 50 e-discovery and litigation support managers at law firms and corporate law departments.
