InterLegis, a provider of litigation e-discovery technology and services, announced on Tuesday that it is giving away its early case assessment (ECA) module, for free, to law firms and corporations.
The free ECA module has the ability to assess, analyze, and report on the contents of e-discovery data before processing a collection, according to the company. After data is loaded into the system, you can generate reports on metadata, file types, dates, domains, and more. InterLegis’ aim is to allow you to understand the content in a collection and cull the data before processing — all at no cost. You may, however, suffer a follow-up sales call.
