On September 14, Thomson Reuters changed the user interface in its Serengeti Tracker application. The change is intended to simplify and speed up billing and matter management in large firms and corporations, and eventually to enable foreign-language versions of the hosted software, officials said.

“The whole user interface has been reskinned … to match a more modern design,” said Greg Shriber, director of product strategy, in Bellevue, Wash. “The big advantage in the user interface is maximizing the reading area, and it’s giving us a more flexible design that we can roll out for more international versions of the product.”
