Hold on to your hats — information governance is about to experience a hurricane named “managed services,” predicted David Cowen, managing partner of The Cowen Group, at the consultancy’s annual breakfast at the recent International Legal Technology Association conference at National Harbor, Md.

No matter who is elected in November, regulatory, civil, and litigation cases will fuel an explosion of electronically stored information, especially in health and power fields. ESI will double, if not triple, he predicted.
