Washington, D.C.-based e-discovery provider Modus is announcing EarlyInsight, an early case assessment service to categorize relevant documents early in the litigation process, according to company CEO Abtin Buergari. The service runs on a customized version of kCura’s Relativity platform.
“Early Insight refers to the means by which we ingest, organize and prepare documents for analysis,” said Buergari. “After analysis takes place, the documents are pre-categorized for production (or further review).”
