Kroll Ontrack Inc. is closing three of its four document review centers and will look to fill the gap with partnerships, officials of the Eden Prairie, Minn.-based data management specialist confirmed Tuesday.

Kroll two weeks ago began closing its centers in Dallas, New York, and Washington, D.C., according to Michele Lange, director of legal technologies. At the same time, Kroll has been emphasizing its traditional review and do-it-yourself e-discovery software.
