LexisNexis Legal and Professional, a provider of legal content, software and services, announced that it has signed agreements with the Frayman Group and Bellefield Systems to add new functions to the LexisNexis Juris Suite, the company’s billing, accounting and financial management software for midsize law firms. Using the tools from Frayman and Bellefield, LexisNexis plans to introduce to Juris before the end of 2012 new client intake features and a mobile time entry system.
According to LexisNexis, the iTimeKeep for Juris Suite, mobile time-entry software developed by Bellefield, will allow lawyers to enter time and capture billable hours that may have been previously lost while on the go outside of the office. Under the agreement, the Frayman Group is adding a Juris Suite Client Intake module to facilitate adding new clients and matters to the financial management system.
