This fall, there’s been quite a bit of movement in legal technology executive suites, including new hires at Microsystems, Litéra Corp., CMS Intelliteach, DocAuto Inc., Navigant Consulting Inc., Mitratech Holdings Inc., Complete Discovery Source Inc., and Workshare, Inc. Here’s a quick update:

• Microsystems. After Sherry Kappel‘s defection to Litéra from Microsystems, where she served as senior vice president and chief innovation officer, the Downers Grove, Ill.-based Microsystems  made a few moves of its own last quarter.
