Lawgical Inc. on Wednesday announced that it’s acquired the Legal Talk Network from Boston Media Group, which had begun winding down the podcast series last fall.

"We had been following the brand quite a bit and saw an opportunity to keep the content going, and hopefully add to that," Lawgical CTO and co-founder Trent Carlyle said. Lawgical evolved in 2004 from Carlyle’s former company Westin Consulting, while Boston’s Lu Ann Reeb formed Legal Talk Network in 2005.
