Zetta uses cloud computing with the software of technology partners such as Cumulus Data, Nextpoint Inc., and Venio Systems.
Zetta’s new business model covers remote collection, pre-processing file filtering, scalable on-demand processing, Bates numbering and stamping, PDF conversion and OCR imaging, native file and legacy data export (Concordance and Summation), TIFF conversion, and Nextpoint’s Privilege Protect to guard against inadvertent disclosure, among other offerings. The e-discovery service costs are included with Zetta’s hosting and per gigabyte charges as follows:
