I know I’m not alone on that opinion. There was a tangible buzz this year — enthusiasm and optimism. It was energizing after the post-2008 years where everything felt muted. There was a palpable sense that we are transitioning, again, and that there’s more on the legal technology agenda than the one-trick pony of electronic data discovery.
