1. How can CIOs establish a relevant IT model with staying power? Firms need a delivery model that serves nine masters: capability, reliability, security, supportability, convenience, device neutrality, affordability, client requirements, and regulations. None are new demands, but they are changing so rapidly that keeping up with the changes, while maintaining our existing model, can trigger sleepless nights.
