Tempe, Ariz.-based cost recovery provider nQueue Billback announced the release of its new subscription-based cost recovery suite iA Essentials. The software monitors the cost of print, copy, fax, and scan information at a monthly fee with no "upfront costs or ongoing support or maintenance fees," according to company officials.
The cost-recovery product is installed directly onto multi-function devices and works by capturing output data and matching it with client and matter numbers, right on the device. The company claims the product can work with any law firm time and billing process. Features include:
