Users of WorkSite Exporter, DocAuto Inc.‘s software to export documents from document management system HP Autonomy iManage WorkSite, can now access Exporter as a stand-alone application. The stand-alone program can export WorkSite structures and documents with their security, history, and metadata intact.
The previous iteration of WorkSite Exporter was available as an add-in for DeskSite or FileSite, client software that gives users access to WorkSite from within Microsoft Office and Outlook. The WorkSite Explorer Command Line Utility (WSEXPCL) can now export data as a stand-alone application or can be used with the DocAuto Server platform. WSEXPCL can export content to a specified location using pre-set configurations and data-driven queries that can be integrated with external applications such as web services, SQL triggers, and PowerShell scripts.
