Matthew Karlyn joins Cooley as a partner in its business department and a member of its technology transactions practice group. He will work out of the firm’s Boston office.
Karlyn comes to the firm from Foley & Lardner, where he was a partner in the information technology and outsourcing practice and the privacy, security and information and management practice. He received his J.D. from Temple University and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
