AkzoNobel, a paints, coatings, and chemicals company headquartered in Amsterdam, announced its legal department’s adoption of Datacert Inc.’s Matter Management and Legal Spend Management software.
AkzoNobel will also implement Datacert components and modules: Passport Warehouse, Outlook Module, Global eBilling Tax Compliance Module, and its internal time tracking capabilities. The company plans to integrate the Passport software with AkzoNobel’s proprietary intellectual property management system and its procurement system to meet regulatory requirements.
