U.K.-based full-service firm Wragge & Co. has installed IntApp Inc.‘s Time Builder software to help its attorneys capture untracked billable hours.
Time Builder enables law firms to capture missed time by automatically monitoring key applications attorneys use every day and generating a report of client- and matter-related activity. It does this using a cross-referencing, categorization, and classification engine to track data on systems such as document creation, email, calendar, phone, and mobile devices. Reports are presented in a timesheet format that includes the exact duration of each task.
