Fernando Pinguelo reports that he has joined Scarinci Hollenbeck, as a partner and chair of the firm’s cybersecurity and data protection group, as well as its e-discovery groups. Pinguelo is based in the firm’s Ocean, N.J. office. The firm has offices in New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. He previously was a partner at Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, and is a graduate of Boston College Law School.

Scarinci Hollenbeck "provided me a remarkable opportunity I just couldn’t pass up," he said. "Aside from continuing to grow my cyber law practice, the opportunities here are allowing me to increase my involvement with the policy (federal legislation, government initiatives, etc.) aspect of cyber law and continue to expand my international practice into Latin America — Brazil in particular."
