Like an irritated parent tired of bickering offspring, United States Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler, of the Northern District of California, refused to resolve an e-discovery dispute and told the two teams to go solve the problem themselves.
The two parties are arguing over search terms in a case involving two environmental consulting and engineering firms and alleged theft of trade secrets.
