Compared to traditional legal software prices, voir dire apps are dirt cheap. But if lawyers value efficiency and flexibility in jury selection more than cost, vet these three apps.

What’s at stake? While not usually marketed this way, voir dire apps are disruptive technologies, replacing the old order of Post-it notes, paper charts, and jury questionnaires with digital jury configurations, preset or customized voir dire questions, and peremptory challenge tracking tools. A few are cloud-based, introducing new ways for litigation teams to collaborate in the jury selection process. Most have dedicated platforms (e.g., they run only on iOS, or Android, etc.) adding more complexity to your choice.
