Kroll Ontrack, a provider of e-discovery and data recovery products and services, announced on Oct. 1 the launch of its in-country e-discovery processing capabilities in Germany and France, and Ontrack Onsite, which is self-contained e-discovery software designed to process and host data for review inside a corporate firewall.

“Some companies need complete control over their data and intellectual property,” said Dean Hager, president and CEO of Kroll Ontrack. New processing centers in France and Germany will allow Kroll Ontrack to process data in-country and within the confines of local privacy laws. The new processing units will add to Kroll Ontrack’s existing processing facilities in the U.S., U.K., and Japan.
