Cloud-based legal practice software company ActionStep and online document management company HotDocs have joined forces. In a press release issued Monday, Sept. 23, the two companies announced that ActionStep’s cloud-based Legal Practice Management program now integrates with HotDocs’s cloud services program. ActionStep’s LPM helps legal professionals manage all aspects of a law practice, including billing, project management, workflow, email, and time tracking. The program now includes a plugin that provides access to HotDocs’s templates and document generation technology, helping legal professionals create contracts, wills, agreements, trusts, and other legal documents.
The HotDocs plugin is available to ActionStep customers on a monthly subscription basis.
