I enjoy working on collaborative projects, but as a lawyer one of my concerns is how to do it securely and effectively. TitanFile has created a cloud-based tool that allows a team of people who are inside and outside of a law firm to work on a case where relevant files and the dialogue between everyone are in one easy-to-access location.

TitanFile is enterprise file sharing and collaboration software as a service. With TitanFile, there was no software to download or app to add to my smartphone; I did everything through my account on the TitanFile website. The sales executive was helpful in answering all my questions and scheduled a phone and internet-based meeting with me to demonstrate the key features of the product. The company claims TitanFile works with all recent versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome; and it works with Android devices, BlackBerry Playbooks, and iPads. I had no problems using it with my Lenovo 64-bit laptop with Windows 7 and Google Chrome.
