The Associated Press is reporting that it’s likely a first-of-its-kind citation — a San Diego driver was pulled over Tuesday for a speeding ticket, while wearing Google Glass eyeglasses while she drove, and was also ticketed for being distracted by a video or TV screen.

Justin Pritchard reports that Cecilia Abadie was stopped by the California Highway Patrol and is “pretty sure” she will fight the ticket. But first, she’s going to find a lawyer. (Several have offered their services, “in the flurry of online commentary,” Pritchard noted.
