Litigator Delphine Knight Brown has joined the intellectual property group at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider as a partner. Knight Brown was formerly a partner at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, where she focused on complex intellectual property and technology litigation. Prior to Curtis Mallet-Prevost, Knight Brown served as special counsel at Kelley Drye & Warren, where she represented corporations in state and federal courts from pretrial to appellate proceedings.

According to Axinn’s press release, Knight Brown is an experienced litigator who has tried numerous intellectual property and commercial cases across a range of industries and products, including business process patents, computer software and hardware, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. She also has experience in accounting and securities fraud, antitrust, complex contract and corporate reorganizations, and U.S. and European patent infringement, e.g., the Hatch-Waxman cases in the pharmaceutical industry.
