There’s another shakeup at Thomson Reuters: Susan Taylor Martin will become president of Thomson Reuters Legal on Jan. 1, replacing Mike Suchsland, who held the post since 2011. New York–based Thomson Reuters announced the move Monday, also noting two other transitions: “Basil Moftah has been appointed president of the company’s Intellectual Property & Science, and Gonzalo Lissarrague has been appointed president of Global Growth & Operations.”

This is the latest development in several months of change. On Oct. 1, TR’s president and CEO James Smith, via video to employees, introduced a new chief innovation officer, TR veteran Neil Masterson. The next day, Stephen Adler, president and editor-in-chief of Reuters, told his staff there would be across-the-board 5 percent cuts to editorial.
