>> One Two (Three) Punch: First, mobility. BlackBerrys are out, iToys, Droids and, to a small extent, Windows phones and tablets are in. Everything connected to your office, no matter where you are or what time of the day—iToys lead the way, but Droids are certainly catching up. From a large law firm perspective, this offers several challenges and opportunities. The ability for attorneys to work out of the office is tremendous, but it does pose some risks, especially those that are new to the “remote” world.
