DTI, a provider of e-discovery software as a service, legal process outsourcing, and facilities management services, announced today the acquisition of Applied Discovery Inc., also an e-discovery SaaS provider.
DTI’s e-discovery services range from data acquisition and forensics to electronically stored information processing and hosting to managed document review. Applied Discovery’s EDD services include the company’s Leverage Suite, a cloud-based platform with early case assessment tools, review software, data analytics and reporting. AD supports its Leverage Suite with processing and production software, customized project management tools, and an interface to kCura Relativity.
