Seal Software, a provider of contract life-cycle management software, announced today the availability of Contract Analytics, the next generation of its contract discovery and analysis software. The new software is designed to discover, extract and analyze contract data to give corporations greater visibility and control of their contracts.

Seal software searches a corporate network to discover contracts in file types ranging from GIF and TIFF to Microsoft Word. It then creates searchable PDF files of the contracts and identifies and extracts key contract provisions and elements to a secure repository for review. In the analysis phase, Seal software can learn about an organization’s contracts, clauses, escrows, residuals and royalties to increase its accuracy in finding and comparing contracts and clauses to provide content services that include active warnings when identified clauses do not comply with an industry or company standard, a new law or regulation.
