“The Judicial Roundtable on Current E-Discovery Issues” is usually one of the highlights of Guidance Software’s annual Computer and Enterprise Investigations Conference and Tuesday’s 8 a.m. panel was no exception. CEIC, held this year at Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino May 19-22, included seminars, training and labs on digital forensics, cybersecurity and e-discovery.

This year’s jurist panel featured four highly visible judges in the field of electronic data discovery law: U.S. District Judge Shira Scheindlin (S.D.N.Y.); and U.S. magistrate judges Mitchell Dembin (S.D. Calif.), Andrew Peck (S.D.N.Y.), and David Waxse (Kansas). Chad McManamy, assistant general counsel at Guidance, served as moderator.
