The American Bar Association adopted a policy on cybersecurity Tuesday at its 2014 ABA Annual Meeting in Boston.
The policy was passed by the ABA House of Delegates through a voice vote. The HoD includes 560 delegates who represent state and local bar associations, and other ABA entities and affiliated organizations. Those in attendance overwhelmingly voted in favor of the policy, the ABA reported.
