Electronic information is now a prominent—and regular—feature of the investigation of criminal activity and in the prosecution and defense of those accused of criminal activity. On Dec. 16, the Practising Law Institute will present a live program, “Electronic Discovery in Criminal INvestigations and Trials 2014,” at its New York City center (1177 Avenue of the Americas, second floor).
