For document review platforms, it’s difficult to find the just-right balance between massive scalability and fluent accessibility. FTI Technology recognized the importance of these two concepts when it acquired the Ringtail platform in 2005 and the Attenex technology in 2008.
Over the next several years, FTI attempted to marry the two products through several methods including the awkward "A2R Connector." With Ringtail 8.4, released in February 2014, both technologies have been fully integrated together into a powerful and useful document review tool.
