What’s the No. 1 technology issue in midsized and smaller law firms? To no one’s surprise, security has usurped email management, according to the 2014 Technology Survey conducted by the International Legal Technology Association.
IT professionals from 454 law firms answered the 200-question online survey this summer. Most respondents were from firms with less than 50 attorneys (33%). The rest: 50-149 attorneys (31%); 150-349 attorneys (19%); 350-699 attorneys (10%); 700 plus (8%).
