Perkins Coie expands Dallas office.
Ryan Preston is now a partner at Perkins Coie in Dallas. Preston is a member of the technology and transaction privacy practice at the firm. His practice includes negotiating, structuring and drafting commercial agreements with an emphasis on contracts related to outsourcing, technology licensing, information technology services, manufacturing and distribution, said Perkins Coie. The firm has more than 950 lawyers in 19 offices in the U.S. and Asia. Preston joined the firm from K&L Gates. Press Release
