McDermott Will and Emery opened a data center in Shanghai on Dec. 3. McDermott partnered with MWE China Law Offices, a Chinese law firm, to open the facility.
MWE China Law Offices was founded in 2007 by John Huang and Kevin Qian to provide legal services and business advice to Chinese and foreign-based companies doing business in China. Also in 2007, the firm partnered with McDermott to provide global companies access to Chinese attorneys inside and outside of the People’s Republic.
