Inventus, a consulting practice for e-discovery, acquired Unified OS, a business and legal processing outsourcing firm with services that include online document review, hosting and production. The acquisition brings Inventus access to Unified’s global market and an attorney review offering steeped in kCura Corp.’s Relativity platform.
Chicago-based Inventus has a proprietary discovery management platform powered by Relativity, called Luminosity. The platform integrates with other industry applications and provides fast access to litigation data with support for early-case assessment. Luminosity processes and culls data to streamline the review process.
