TitanFile Inc., which offers a file-sharing platform, announced on April 8 the company’s integration with Hitachi Solutions America’s Credeon Cloud Data Protection technology. The partnership aims to help legal professionals to encrypt files on their terms and store files securely in the cloud.

TitanFile’s software-as-a-service platform supports 256-bit AES encryption to share and store files. The service integrates with Microsoft Corp.’s Outlook and has cross-platform support for PCs and mobile devices. The software works in the cloud or on premise and lets users choose where uploaded files are stored: Canada, Europe or the U.S. TitanFile’s file sharing software supports an audit trail of who accessed file, when.
