Rocket Matter, a legal software as a service provider, announced today that Rocket Matter Intake has launched an online client intake form that integrates with the company’s namesake, cloud-based practice management software.
Rocket Matter Intake uses a client-side Word Press plug-in to a Web browser to collect form data and transfer it to a Rocket Matter widget, which adds the data to a subscriber’s cloud-based customer relation management (CRM) system. Customers can build their own form, create tags for it and associate form fields to Rocket Matter’s database fields, said Larry Port, CEO of Rocket Matter, but the new product is designed as a turnkey service for subscribers.
