Gimmal recently acquired Prodagio Software, a manufacturer of enterprise contract management and accounts payable automation software. The Prodagio acquisition adds cloud-based and on-premise back-office business software to Gimmal’s product portfolio.
Gimmal makes an information management platform that adds to Microsoft Corp.’s SharePoint and Office 365. The Gimmal platform can be deployed in the Microsoft cloud Azure, in a hybrid cloud, or on-premise environments. The platform extends and enhances SharePoint enterprise information management and governance, and provides SAP content archiving and interoperability. Gimmal’s software governs and manages SharePoint content, documents and records and provides access to offline content on Windows 8 computers, Tablets or Windows Phones.
