Lexis Nexis Legal & Professional, a provider of content, software and services to the legal industry, announced today that New York State Unified Court System selected LexisNexis Digital Library for its legal library reference materials. The Unified Court System supports approximately 4,000 judges and their staff, administrative personnel, law departments, analysts, and court clerks, reporters and interpreters.

With LexisNexis’ Digital Library, Unified Court System library users will have access to reference resources, such as Matthew Bender, Shepard’s citations, Michie publications and other products. E-book titles can be shared among multiple users statewide using Overdrive Inc.’s lending library, which supports downloading e-books to a variety of mobile devices and desktop computers.
