Legaltech News met with Patrick Dennis, president and CEO of Guidance Software Inc., and Michael Harris, CMO of Guidance Software during CEIC (Computer Examination and Investigation Conference) from May 18-21 at Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas. The following interview is condensed and edited for publication.
Dennis directs the company’s strategy and operations worldwide. Before joining Guidance Software, Dennis served as senior vice president and COO of EMC Corp.’s cloud management division, where he helped enterprise information technology (IT) groups make hybrid-cloud computing a meaningful part of IT strategy, and was responsible for long-range planning, mergers and acquisitions, and divisional strategy.
